Resin Coat is a 2 component water based epoxy coating to be used to protect a
variety of industrial substrates. This coating offers, in an easy way, a durable
and long term solution to dusty substrates and it is even chemically resistant.
This coating is almost odourless and very environmentally friendly. |

Resin Coat can be applied on a variety of substrates like concrete, cement, wood,
steel....
The specific application for Resin Coat is the
renovation of concrete where a much more mechanically and chemically resistant
surface is achieved.
Resin
Coat is also an aesthetic smooth finish which is makes the surface dust free and
resistant to oil.

after mixing the components, applied as a normal paint with a brush or roller.
Chemically resistant : After
hardening, Resin Coat forms a closed film which is resistant to most chemical
products.

Aesthetic: Resin Coat Water based
results in a beautiful surface finish. |
Application is done at a
substrate temperature of minimum 12°C and a humidity content in the substrate of
max. 3%. The coating is applied by means of a
normal roller on a clean substrate. Working with a lacquer roller will enhance the
orange peal effect.
Normally, the application of 1 coat is sufficient.
2 Coats give a nicer finish though.
The coating dries in 12 hours. One should wait 48
hours to put loads on the coating. |

coating is composed of the following elements:

It should be mixed as A/B = 1/1

Delivered and applied
In packs of 4 Kg.
Depending on the state of the substrate one used
normally 6-9 m2/Kg of this coating.
All products can
be stored for at least 1 year if kept in a dry environment at a constant temperature above
15°C. |
